Can one retire in another country and withdraw Social Security and get medicare benefits. So for example, can a U.S. citizen retire in Mexico and get his and his spouses Social Security check and have medicare cover his healthcare expenses? If no, how often would he need to visit/stay in the U.S. in a year?

i beleive you can get the benifits,i dont know about the medicare,but as far as i know medical is pretty reasonable in mexico
