Then stir in the EU and before you consult with the UN make sure you clean out the WAR in it. Add some Economy inside your dish. Now time to Globalize your dish by adding some consumerism and prosperity. Make sure your dish is a free trade and has lots of GATT and WTO. The media is an important in your dish so bake at room temperature with transportation in it. And now sprinkle some Transnational Corporations and you are ready for your big fanale add some capatilism and you are done!!
