could anyone explain to me what social uniformity is and what are the advantages and disadvantages for management in an organization. Generally, in order to manage the employees better in an arganzation, the managers should bd opposed to the manipulation of individual for oragnizational purposes, however a degree o f social uniformity enables organizations to work better.
above is my problem, since i could not understand the social uniformity, i am not able to discuss about the impact to the management in an organization.

If things are too uniform, the employees might get bored or feel stifled.
