Help with social system?

im doin a project about being stuck on an island and i need to talk about the social system im gonna create for the island. The teacher gave us some ideas, like to talk about social counselors, medical aid, and entertainment. what are social counslers? and what do u think i should include when talking about medical aid and entertainment?

a social counselor can be anyone who serves to advise a social system it could be anyone form a religious figure to a wise old woman. Medical aid would include both treatment of injuries and a source of information on what would be healthy or not on the island. Things like safe water or eatable plants. Entertainment is a necessity for any society to function without friction. You should also discuss leadership and division of labor.
