Math Social Security Problem for PRECAL?

The assets in the social security trust fund can be approximated by ƒ(t) = -0.013t^4 + 0.31t^3 + 2.19t² + 63.9t + 507, where ƒ(t) is measured in millions of dollars and t = 0 corresponds to the beginning of 1995.

a. Sketch ƒ(t)

b. In what year will social security go bankrupt?

c. When will the social security system start to pay out more than it gets in payroll?

Thank you all the help is necessary, no need to sketch.

Math Social Security Problem for PRECAL?
A.to sketch, put it in the graphing calculator.

B. set the equation equal to 0. whatever T comes out to be, round to the nearest whole number and add to 1995 (that will be the time in years)

C. find the point at which the line crosses into a positive quadrant in the axis. then add that number of years to 1995.
